Life Misled- Corporate Attitude

The Chris Brown/Rihanna assault scandal has been a cloud over the entertainment industry’s head. At first no one knew any of the details and didn’t want to speak about it. Then TMZ broke the picture of her beating from Brown and I reported that here… Then once the public saw how bad shit was, Brown looked like more of a monster. Then Brown went on record to say he wasn’t a monster.

Then to make matters worse, “someone” leaked nude pictures of Rihanna and one of Chris Brown with her underwear on his head. No revenge from Rihanna followed that leak.

Then Chris Brown tried to push back his arraignment from yesterday to a future date for more time to look over “police evidence” after trying to have the case thrown out because the police pictures of Rihanna injuries were leaked to the press before trial.

Then Brown put in a plea at his arraignment yesterday and struck a deal with the DA. He gets six months labor which includes picking up trash, weeding the highways, and washing fire trucks. He will also get five years supervised probation and must attend domestic abuse seminars. He also has a restraining order against him. If he fucks up his probation, he could go to jail for four years.

If that were any other dude, he would’ve gone to jail but instead he gets to wash fire trucks and attend courses. Another celebrity injustice has been served.

Chris Brown may not be a monster in his own head but he’s a felon no matter how you cut it. I bet he thinks that makes him harder, too.
