Life Misled- Corporate Attitude

First and foremost, I don’t even know who the fuck Gerhardt Fuchs is but I do know he’s dead. Fuchs fell to his death on Sunday morning in the elevator shaft of an industrial building on Berry Street. There was a party on the upper level of the bulding. At around 12:30AM, an individual left with Fuchs when the freight elevator they were riding became stuck between the fourth and fifth floors. Fuchs attempted to juimp to the nearby floor but was snared and fell to his death. His elevator buddy made it just fine, though. Police say they have no reason to believe there was any criminal intent involved but the Medical Examiner’s office and the Buildings Department are investigating.

“His passing puts an enormous hold on the Brooklyn music scene,” said Jon Fine, a friend of Mr. Fuchs’s and a columnist for Business Week.

I see no reason it can’t stop me from posting the new OneRepublic cd. So, I guess all things considered, Fuchs didn’t really do much to the music industry ’cause drummers are a dime a dozen.
