Lukasz “Dr Luke” Gottwald signed Katy Perry to RCA and is responsible for a lot of her major hits. He also is responsible for trying to get her to write some lyrics and get her ass into the studio to make him some fucking money. Gottwald went on his Twitter and jokingly threatened to withhold Perry’s fiance, Russell Brand, until she finished her lyrics.
